#2 Dogless 2 Coil Regular Jaw. As with most of my traps the design is based on the old North Woods traps. And it is a hard design to beat. These are the same traps as the "dog on" trap model, but with the Montgomery dogless system added. The square jaw gives you a little more area over a round jaw design. 5½” jaw spread, 2 coil. I tested these heavily the first year in Ohio and Alabama. This trap has performed well on coyotes, bobcats, and a few fox. If you have a mix of fox and coyote on your line I don’t think you could go wrong with this trap. We have added #2 welded chain with 2 heavy duty swivels to make it trap line ready. If you want to modify them any parts for the North Woods will interchange. I tested these in Alabama, Mississpi and Ohio with great results.
